Purpose
These Terms of Use define the conditions under which users may access and use the connectedmate.com website and the services offered by CONNECTED MATE SAS. By accessing the site, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms of Use.

Access to the site is free of charge. Costs of accessing and using the telecommunications network are borne by the user, as determined by their internet service provider. CONNECTED MATE SAS reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the site at any time, particularly for maintenance purposes.

Services offered
CONNECTED MATE SAS offers management consultancy services, as well as software applications (Better Dictate, NoteTaker AI) and associated services. A detailed description of the services is available on the dedicated pages of the site.
Pricing and payment
Service prices are displayed in euros (EUR) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). CONNECTED MATE SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; services are billed based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.
Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Payment is due at the time of the order.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, simply send a request by email to legal@connectedmate.com before the deadline expires.
Termination
The user may terminate their subscription or services at any time from their personal space or by contacting support. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. No partial refund is made for the current period, except in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Paris, France.
