Terms of Use — Pock

Please read these terms of use carefully before using the Pock application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Pock application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

Pock is a personal financial wealth tracking application. The Application allows you to:

  • Track your accounts, investments and assets
  • Manage your recurring income and expenses
  • Set and track savings goals
  • Visualize the evolution of your wealth
  • View your finances from your Apple Watch and iOS widgets

Important: Pock is a tracking tool. The information displayed in the Application is based exclusively on the data you enter manually. Pock does not connect to any bank account and does not provide any financial, tax or investment advice.

3. User Account

Pock does not require account creation. The Application runs entirely locally on your device. No signup, no email, no account password is required.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Plans

Pock offers an optional Premium subscription with two plans:

  • Monthly subscription: Automatic renewal every month
  • Annual subscription: Automatic renewal every year

Prices are displayed in the Application and may vary depending on your country and local currency.

4.2 Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Renewal and Cancellation

  • The subscription renews automatically at the current rate
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period
  • No refund is granted for the unused portion of a current period

4.4 Restore Purchases

If you change devices or reinstall the Application, you can restore your active subscription via the "Restore Purchases" button in the subscription screen.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for personal and lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Application
  • Use the Application for fraudulent purposes
  • Distribute, sublicense or resell the Application

6. Intellectual Property

The Pock Application, its design, code, graphics, text and all elements that compose it are the property of Connected Mate. The "Pock" brand and associated logo are trademarks of Connected Mate. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is".

  • Pock is a personal tracking tool. Tax calculations, currency conversions and estimates displayed are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax or legal advice.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of exchange rates provided by third-party services (Frankfurter API / ECB).
  • We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the information displayed in the Application.
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to device malfunction, uninstallation of the Application or any other cause beyond our control.
  • In no event shall Connected Mate be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the Application.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: Pock Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Application after publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application in case of violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of French courts.
